The Wheelchair Services and Training (WST) team worked very hard to complete the new training centre in Colombo that will be used to run numerous training courses including Fit for Life Courses, Wheelchair Postural Support Training and even Supportive Seating courses.

The centre is named after Ian Gardener who raised significant funds for Motivation. Ian tragically died in a skiing accident in 2005.

The official opening took place prior to the start of the Wheelchair Postural Support Training course for the ICRC on the 12th of January 2007.

Well done to the team who did an excellent job in setting up such a professional training centre.
